Thanks Nevs for your time in informing the members of your results with ECO-Systems. It must feel good not to see the high 4's and low 5's in your mpg's driving with these loads and heavy winds as before the ECO-System. Drive carefully and we look forward to your future posts.

Perhaps I should have stepped up to test. I run the exact same route with virtually the same load every day (130,000-135,000 lbs.), fill at the same truck stop (usually even the same pump)... boring, I know. :biggrin_25523:

Anyhow, will monitor thread with interest.

Well, it has been a while since I posted here. I have been in the middle of harvest and my results really would be meaningless with the short, obscenely heavy loads that I haul.

But wanted to come on and say over the couple months that I was using it OTR I saw great improvement. Anyone can look back through my posts and see what I have been getting. Regardless of MPG increase, I have seen a marked improvement in power. On that I did a little test last week to see what the difference was.

I was running multiple permitted OW loads of 90K lbs about 80 miles. After doing the same route 3x with unit in I removed it to see what the difference was. WOW, I didn't even make it the whole trip before stopping and reconnecting . Had several sharp turns into up hills. After the second one of these having to come to a stop and getting into low gear compared to 2nd or 3rd I felt it was enough to let me know I had more power.

I plan on doing a youtube video showing how the unit is installed and detailing some of my results but never seem to have enough time. If we get some extended rain I will look to work on that.

Also, since I have had great results I spoke with Ben and worked out something to give my O/O's a free unit when the lease on.

Thanks for sharing the results of your performance test and look forward to your You-Tube video.
I have been asked to set up a simple link here again for online availability so here it is for those that want to put $300 to $500 a month back in your pockets.

I have not read the whole thread but are any of the testers driving newer trucks that have a dpf? Does the device affect the regenerations at all and would it cause problems with the warranty? Have a Kenworth T660 with a Cummins ISX455.

I have noticed all of the improvement BBB listed. I can't test it as precisely, though, because it's too complicated and time consuming to pull my clean DPF and put a dirty one back in.

I would recommend getting your truck tuned first. Then put Ben's device on. That way, you get the benefit of a smooth running engine topped off by any improvement his device offers.

I'm still getting 7.5. I do not have the device.

    ECOTAZ Thanks this.
