Which is why we said, thanks for the offer, but no thanks. He's an ok guy. Just not particularly motivated to push the miles, I guess. He did let us look at his old lease, and offered to answer any questions I had, which is good. And made the offer for JCW to go with him to get thru this first winter, again good. But I can't afford 14cpm paychecks. Even if they ARE 5500 mile paychecks.

Bananas unloaded in N Platte this morning. Extra hoops for banana loads I had forgotten about! Now headed to Omaha to get a load going to Laredo, TX for Wednesday morning.

Lol. You'll get a load one day and understand! Bananas are apparently extremely sensitive to temp, bumps, etc. I thought I was gonna have to take out a second insurance policy for that load! 58 temp CONT RUN, so lots of reefer fuel. Yeah, extra hoops.

Sitting at shipper in Omaha loading in the morning. I see one other guy on here in Omaha not far away at Sapp... but he has his girl with him and I don't want to interrupt that! Next time, edennis! ;-)
