right, that guy apparently isnt the type to get along with most people and doesn't seem very knowledgeable, he would proceed to talk about me raising post counts which is very irrelevant to this whole thread and it was never my intention, I wonder how did he get this idea initiated, maybe it's within him the whole time, that's why he would mention it, so he looks at post counts as some sort of gaining status. He can defend those trucks all he wants but talking about post counts really shows how ignorant he is.
I mean I clearly stated that these are my opinions only and that dont be offended in my first post:
AfterShock Thanks this. -
Wow... Well I woent . Later

Wow opinions can really pee people off it seems. I was glad to see this back I drove a long nose Pete Saturday and I still don't feel comfortable with the nose, but thats just me I don't like coffee either so I guess I'm twice as bad?

I know, I know, a lot of guys CAN'T stand Largecars and custom working trucks, but I LOVE W900's like Project 351 here! Guess it's like hotrods, lifted big tire trucks or ground scraping air bagged trucks. They are pointless, but OH SO COOL!
![[IMG]](proxy.php?image=http%3A%2F%2Fi69.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fi44%2Fcharmer_01%2Fproject_351.jpg&hash=2212431c3edc554e610faaabffc212c0)
351 inch wheel base with a 53 foot trailer. 8 inch stacks with no mufflers and an obnoxiously loud, cool sounding jake! Bagged to lay the front bumper an inch off the pavement. Locomotive air horn. Long nosed 379's and W900's are the coolest looking trucks!
Here's a 30 sec vid of him pulling into Pride and Glory Show '08

Theres a reason for lifted trucks..........Cuz fat girls cant jump.American-Trucker, lv gn and lonewolf4ad Thank this.

And fat girls can't get between the seats of a W-9 or 379.

I like these guys who can't drive with a big hood, most of them are tearing the aero hoods off faster than the manufacturers can make them.
I'll run my 379 till I quit driving.groundpounder and 7122894003481 Thank this. -
Wow, the guy (OP) comes on here and makes a post stating his opinion and the knucklehead brigade jumps all over him. So he doesn't care much for the "hoods" so what? What does that have to with being a " new bread of driver"? Just because he is not a fan of a certain type of truck doesn't make him (or anybody else) "wrong" or "crazy". Some of you folks really need to get that chip off your shoulders.
Before I go, my favorite truck is one that is PAID FOR. You can have your big hoods, large cars, chicken trucks or whatever term you want to use for them. My ugly little white Columbia flattop, with 11 reasonable payments left, gets the job done just fine. But the best part is, when I'm on a nice long cruise in the Caribbean, many of you, are out here running your tails into the ground just so you can have a "nice truck".Fatback and AfterShock Thank this. -
thats what I have been saying for years, don't get me wrong I love looking at show trucks and all that. But my opinion is this even if one of those big fancy chicken trucks with all those lights and chrome and stainless and all that other stuff is paid for. I think I could find something better to spend my hard earned money on...like retirement,or maybe put it away for hard times when the unthinkable happens like get in a bad nasty wreck with that fancy truck and be out of work for a while at least I could survive for a while till I was able to go back to work.sorry don't mean to sound like a stick in the mud just my opinion
