What happened to the Good Ol Days?

Which regulation is that one? Is that the same one that mandates CPAP machines and sleep studies?

 

I think that regulation is covered under the Hypocrite act. (spelling intentional)

I know you've heard of it. It's the one that states you are being asked to take a sleep apnea test by your company.......And the results of your test (based on the survey the company asked you to take last week) would not be revealed to your company by the testing agency.

But, they required you to sign a release for the insurance company stating they could be made aware of the results. Said insurance company never promised you #### and promptly TOLD your company.

NOW you have to get a CPAP machine....or quit driving.

I mean come on !!!!! Do these people think we are all complete idiots ??? ALL you have to do is lie on the survey.

 

Only the medical card info. Your private medical records are governed under HIPAA laws and require a court order.

 

It is to justify having to have dedicated, unionized goverment employees who are to lazy to work, to watch out for the publics welfare and or as a excuse to continue the fleecing of the american public!

The big thing with goverment workers is; How big their agencys budget is, How many parking spaces in front of the building belongs to their department, and how they have to waste all of their budget in the last month before the fiscal year ends. How often do you see a average working person standing in front of congress telling them what would help? Not a lobbiest or a speacil interest group.

 

What does that have to do with the Good Old Days?
