I have a tuned ECM and a pdi stage 3 cam. Was wondering about the thinner spacer plate that u can get. Would that be a better seal on the headgaskt or is it to much.

You are going to want to test fit all the liners according to cats specs when I set them I put them between five to six thousands. Seeing you are getting the block decked and not counterboreing it you are going to be stuck with whatever they turn out at which I'd guess will be between three and four thousands so if you used the thinner spacer plate it would put you between six and seven. But of course you are going to have to test fit the liners and get some measurements and go from there.

What would be the price to have this work done?

Anything above .006" is asking to crack the flange. You'll need to check the liner protrusion with the standard plate before you go with a thinner plate.

Would .003 be ok with my setup?
Thanks for the replies -
If all of them are at .003" than you can use the thinner plate to bring them up to .006". You will have to measure them with the thinner plate installed to make positively sure they are at .006" with the thinner plate
the .003" will work if you are over .006" with the thinner plateSwamp molly Thanks this. -
Mr. Haney looking for some balancer suggestion and pricing and possibly a manifold.
