Don't know if I'd call it a Ferry Load Mother as although the loads came with 1000 miles they also came with headaches.
Was well on my way to delivering first load when I stopped to get some fuel, bad idea as my Qualcomm obviously told on me and I just happened to be the ONLY SUPERTRUCKER around. It was weekends dispatch.
Not only did I already have 2 loads on me, limited hours and trying to force a 34 hr reset on the tail end, they wanted to through on a 3rd load. Yep this SUPERTRUCKER had to turn on his SUPER, SUPERTRUCKER powers and go bail out a less the SUPER trucker.
Stopped fueling, excepted yet another PPL, this one had no directions either to the driver or to the pick up, and high tail it to somewhere.
Got the driver on the phone, found out where he was, got there, dropped my trailer, hooked to his, ran his trailer to get it loaded, then dropped it back off to him and continued with my original PPLs. Oh, did I mention it was 10:33 pm when I got the call asking if I could be at the shipper by 11 pm?
SUPERRIG was in SUPERGEAR and SUPERTRUCKER was behind the wheel!
Extra 100 miles and $40 drop pay
Was never able to reset but did make all deliveries on time, now its going to take another act of SUPERTRUCKER to get home on time.
Thanks Hazmat, you had to bring back the SUPERTRUCKER in me... LOL!

Wow I've never had that much time on a load............did you need a 34? -
Delivered this morning in ATL, here I sit..............no load yet!

No, I got a 34 last Monday & Tuesday sitting in Georgia. Didn't need one then either.
This is my 4th load since I came out on 10/4. My hometime is this weekend. Don't think I can afford it. -
Seems like the frieght in GA has REALLY dried up lately!
I have been having problems in GA too and since I live in Florida I am here alot!............lol -
I delivered a Cactus load there in Norcross last Monday. Sent me USX load out of Tunnel Hill, that picked up Tuesday night at midnight. I roll up there Monday evening. Sat all day Tuesday, and the load got canceled. Wednesday got sent all the way back down to Gainesville for a load...... got 34 deadhead miles and 2 days layover.
