Ok, to start off, I have had a clean record for over 2 years. Before that I had a red light ticket 5+ years ago, a speeding ticket around 4 years ago, and a exhibition of acceleration and accident almost 3 years ago and license suspended for missed court not long after (last three are all that show up on mvr and dmv said they are about to drop off). I also had a driving while suspended and failure to yield to emergency vehicle charge about 2 1/2 years ago but no conviction or record of it on my mvr (took diversion), should I report this when I apply? Other than these I have a pretty stable work history and residence history as well as great references. What are my chances of landing a job as an OTR driver?

If you took diversion then you have no conviction and therefore do not need to put those on an application. I am curious though, most jurisdictions do not allow diversion for more than one cite (You state two, driving under suspension and failure to yield), and do not allow it if you have any traffic convictions within the previous 2 years (Based on your numbers you did).

Good to know on not having to report those, I hoped that was the case. I'm not sure what the laws are on diversion where I went to court but they allowed it since it was my first time taking it.

Called and spoke with a recruiter at Prime this morning and they said to ga ahead and report them just in case, hope they don't really count since there is no conviction or record on my MVR.

You can get a copy of your MVR get it, look at it then you will know.

Got it, shows no record of what I took diversion on, and what is on there is about to be at its 3 year limit and drop off. Thanks!
