I'm really trying to figure out what this tbd guy is up to.I was thinking he is really a MTO guy on here just trying to pi-s people off!He certainly sides with government ideas and it doesn't matter what anyone says about peoples rights in this situation he is going the other way. There may be a clue in his last post "third world country" maybe he is really a truck driver (not a MTO officer) and is from one of those countries and is supporting the government that helps support all those nice immigrants so they can get thier AZ after only being in the country a few months.Go over to your local temple and secure a translator and leave with your liesense. You know those garbage haulers that go down the 401 at 100kms an hour grossing over 100,000lbs that can't seem to help rearending each other or running people over.Maybe he really believes the speed limiters will make everything safer and save the enviroment after all there wouldn't be any other reason to want imposed speed limiters would there????

i see this is an old thread but trust me u dont want different speed limits for trucks and 4wheelers! it USE to be like that in the state of illinois and let me tell u, WHAT A CLUSTER #####!!! 4wheeler speed liimit was 65mph and they all drove 70mph and the big trucks speed was 55mph. didnt cause backups just pisses 4wheelers off. makes 4wheelers frustrated and swerve in and out of big trucks! it makes for a MUCH more UNsafe driving environment! needless to say the speed limit is now set at 65mph for all vehicles!
