cant say about that side of the country, as I dont visit there to often, but some area, there are LEO, close by, and are signaled when vehicle passes without a transponder

Getting out of a toll is no good...Now getting out of a Red light Camera I am all for...Especially for longer trucks, those guys get screwed....they got something going somewhere to fight the red light camera. something like a clear cover to go over your plate so the camera cannot make out the numbers...

 

I wonder how Red Green would handle this... Duct tape!
