I did buy new ones for orientation. My mom always told me to put the new ones on when going to see the doctor.

 

I know you quoted the family plan price. Just as an info for individuals.

After the 1 year premium reduction, I am currently paying $57.64 a week for the 80/20 individual plan.

I know orientation starts on Tueaday, but it says show up Monday. What time Monday? Also what happens on Monday paperwork?

 

Whenever you get in lol On Monday when you check in they give you a paper application to fill out. You turn that in Tuesday

Do they want medical history when you get there? Even if you dont really have any medical problems? Just curious because I want to have all my ducks in a row when I get there. Thanks

 

As it pertains to the physical, yes. If you have any issues raised there, you need documentation that they are being addressed, I think.
