I have been working with David Webb on Sirius/XM patriot on a one hour pullover May 23rd from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm EDT. Next week a press release goes out to major media, and Hannity may get involved too. The point of this first stoppage, only for an hour, is not to disrupt anything, but to be SEEN. If the news media thinks we are serious, people who count WILL notice. They know we vote. They know the people in cars driving past vote, and the people in cars driving past are PISSED about $4.00 gasoline! Everyone can pull over for an hour. No one will get fired, or lose any freight. Picture driving down the interstate with hundreds of trucks pulled off on the shoulder. We may get four wheelers joining in just for the heck of it. This really CAN work if we get together! Listen to FOX talk on Monday, Brian Kilimeade and friends. David Webb had me on his show Saturday afternoon talking this pullover up, and there should be ample press about it next week. I'm asking for your help. Believe me, the administration is worried. Obama announced today he was extending oil leases (which doesn't really do any good, because permits are what the drilling companies need) so he could look like he was doing something. Make some noise, it will be fun! Join us for an hour, what can it hurt?

I was there and done that! It did not work then and it will not work today simply because big $$ will not allow it. Money talks and BS walks! In the 70s we sent a deligation to washington to speak for all truckers, they were bought off and POOF! disappeared. In the process the strike disappeared too. Imagine that! MT-BS- walks.

I got this in a mail signature and I'm really interested in what it is all about. I googled DLS2012 and got no hits. As I understand it it's supposed to be like a lottery thing where a city or state is drawn at random and we're supposed to not service that location for a week to get the governement's and the other powers that be's attention before they (us drivers-O/Os)go national. Here's the mail signature-In 2009 nine million Truckers drover over 230 TRILLION miles but were only involved in less than 3 percent of all crashes. "Stop running from the bull." - James Hoffa Sr. DLS 2012 is coming. (Driver's Last Stand) You can lose it now or lose it later. Turn the key to the left for your future and for trucking's future.
