I've been driving for 3 years now. 1 1/2 years hauling construction equipment and the past year and a half pulling a reefer. Since I've started driving I've wanted to get into car hauling. Latley every company I talk to turns me down because I have no exp. In car hauling. Can anyone give me advice on a class I could take or a company in the northeast that will train somebody. Thanks.

I don't know squat about the business but I sure see a lot of trucks parked and for sale. I'm thinking the crap economy has car sales down thus an adjustment has occurred in that area of transport. No shortage of drivers..... more likely a shortage of cars to move.

To get started look at the smaller outfits moving used cars out of the auctions.
Another starting point might be loading/unloading boats or rail cars and parlay that with your trucking experience.
Also you will probably need a TWIC for new stuff.
