Klingon. I was in Gallup,NM. At 99 now. They didn't reschedule the appt. time, so now I sit. They just got back to me. 3:00 pm today. I'm out of hours in an hour. They also hit me with a $75 late charge. My DM isnt there today so I don't know that I will actually get charged. I asked for a drop at the Fontana yard since I'm out of hours. Still waiting for a reply. Surely they don't expect me to deliver while I'm on line 1 or 2? If they do I'll try to remember that no cussing thing. Man I just wanna get a load towards home for home my home time, get a reset in and start fresh. Thanks for the help guys.

I know that central likes to push for lease option, but if you turn down do they start to effect your miles, runs ext..? With about a year or two of experience would lease be profitable without running yourself in the ground to make payments

no turing down the lease will not effect your miles. the lease dept is a totally different department than the fleet managers and dm's. funny but true story here. i had decided to lease when i was in wvc the morning to go sign the paperwork and get my new pete the phone rang and it was the kraft dm John Maas. he said i see your on the yard come and talk to me about joining the kraft fleet . i went to see him and told him about signing a lease that morning. he said do not do that and explained why. we both went up to the lease dept and seen bill. John then took the lease contract and tore it up in front of me and bill. then told bill this man will not be leasing. i can not thank him enough for saving me from what i feel like would have been a mistake in leasing from what i know now. now after 2 years and you feel you got a handle on it all look into the lease only you can tell if it will be right for you. but like i have always said a man with a family who needs a steady paycheck should shy away from it and stay company where you have insurance and benefits. you lose these when you become a lease operator. if you are single and dont have much finanical responsability, and dont need to go home often then try it. but you gotta be a good money manager to succeed.

Filled out my App online today. Got an Email thanks back in 5 min. . I live in FL and talked to a recruiter yesterday and he said I was in their hiring area and now I wait. I know being away from my family for almost 2 months will be hard, but in this economy.... You do what you have to. My grandpa used to hobo on trains around the country during the Great Depression on the RUMOR of a job somewhere, and would be gone from his family for MONTHS. Anyway, wish me luck and good fortune! After what my family has been through the last couple years, we could use it. Can't wait!
