If you had violated a company policy and were forced to go on eLogs would you quit?

Nope. I've been running with E-logs with every driving job I had. If you run legal, e-logs shouldn't be a problem.

I was on paper, then it came down the wire that everybody had to go to E-Logs so I went through the training class and started on ELogs voluntarily.

E logs are just a change and people don't like change. Just go with it learn how they work and all will be right with the world.

I would start looking elsewhere. I wouldn't quit without finding another. I have been on Elogs and would never voluntarily go with a company that ran them.

I don't think they're so bad. But it depends on the job i could see how they can be a burden.
