Check with Mack, they very probably have a listing for that old part.... may even have one in stock. Lots of old Macks still running.

Do a google search "Driving a 2 stick Mack." There are some Youtube videos that might be helpful. Most of those older Macks are low rpm engines and shift points are different than a Cummins, Detroit, etc. Shifting with 2 sticks is an adventure. I drove an old B Model Mack with a 9 speed duplex. 5 speed main, 2 speed auxillary, except in high gear you didn't split.

Yes I have seen the videos, but again it just seems like over kill going through so many gears...Just the other day I found out I could start in high with one stick and low with the other and it pulls off just fine, maybe not loaded...But these old trucks have the lowest gears i have ever felt...One time I was climbing a loose dirt hill, popped it in the lowest gear, I was creeping up the hill not even aware my tires were not straight...they were turned slightly , but the #### truck was so strong it just plowed up the hill no problem...

people also get a good laugh when I change gears going in reverse...Can the newer trucks do that???

Those old Mack engines were made to pull at low rpms. You needed those low gears for pulling out of a sand pit or rock quarry. Its like having one of the old deep reduction transmissions without the luxury of a selector switch. If you ever lugged a cummins like that it would break for sure. I have delivered fuel to a few coal mines where even double low couldn't get you up a hill and the dozer would hook a chain and drag you up the hill.

I believe it may have been originally used hauling rock out of skyscraper foundations in NY, i had it for a good 20 years....

And yes these things are impossible to kill.....Tranny and engine are extremely tough....And the fact that its all steel. Any accidents may just scratch her paint....One guy on my crew must have left an old little f450 dump truck in neutral and no e-brake????The next morning we find a completely gone front end head on into the old Mack....It took a good 30 minutes of chains and pulling to get them seperated, they became infused. But when we did the 450 was gone, and the mack, a few dents...

If you've replaced the bellcranks and there's no slop in the linkage, the lever on the fuel pump is not in the correct position. It should be splined, take it off and rotate the lever one spline away from full throttle. With the pedal on the floor, the spring on that lever should slightly deflected, i.e., the fuel pump at full travel, the linkage oh so slightly beyond that point.
