    Well I am trying to get my cdl with Stevens Transport and they are asking if I filed taxes the last 3 years and I have but in 2010 I didn't have a job but still filed with her with no income will this hurt me?

    shouldn't. So long as your SSN doesn't come up on a DAC (truck driver employer work history filing) inquiry that you failed to mention, you should be good to go.

    Well that's because I didn't know about that they just asked if I filed for last 3 years. Nice name by the way

    It's none of there business!! All the potential employer is allowed to do is verify employment. They cannot ask for W-2 or income taxes.
