hey, i drove for prime from june 10 through nov 10. i was wondering what r my odds of getting a dedicated around upstate ny.. i loved driving for prime except for lack of hometime but i went with a regional company outside of syracuse but got royally screwed over and started working a regular hourly job since april. although my friend that leases through prime said there is a dedicated in johnstown ny. but dont know how good it is. any insight would be great.

Why did you leave Prime in the first place? Was it for what you said "lack of home time"? What kind of home time were you getting? They have a NE regional but it doesnt mean you will get more home time then you were getting before.

i left mainly cause i was getting home every 5 weeks or so, and there was a regional company that hired me out of my hometime. which of course i was thinking that it was a better deal and 4 months later fire me over a no fault accident, so yea i was screwed. But to be honest if i could get home 2 to thre days every 2 weeks i would be fine with that. but prime was good to me for the most part but of course every job has its ########

You get 1 day home each week out. 3 days every two weeks is not going to cut it. Plus if you go home 3 days every 3 weeks your pay is going to stink.

I believe you have to be out a minimum of 3 weeks between hometime.
