    :biggrin_25513:SCHNIEDER NATIONAL is the worst trucking company in the USA avoid this company they mislead all and don't sign no contracts with them THEY underpay you and they have the worst ORIENTATION CREW on planet. they drink and smell of rum. THE person name FRED that gives road test is an old man that dosen't like to be asked questions.. he should be fired and sued... AVOID SCHNIEDER NATIONAL they won't be around too long .... .. mistreating people ..

    I HATE SCHNIEDER NATIONAL over worked and underpaid... too many hours and no money.... go work for someone else... you make more with less hours .. time is money... SCHNIEDER ORIENTATION is a JOKE... worst dirty place on planet .. with dirty hotel... no phones... stained mattresses ... work for anyone else besides schnieder national..

    I agree ... worst company scheider national. I QUIT...

    Just to clarify things:
    1) You have 21 years of driving experience
    a) yet you're going to a starter company
    b) you had no idea of pay/work hours before arriving
    c) you think that the largest trucking company in the US won't be around much longer
    2) You went to orientation at the Harrisburg OC
    3) You were unhappy with the hotel accommodations provided (it is a pretty crappy hotel)
    4) You took a road test with an OSR named Fred
    a) Fred smelled like rum
    b) You still went out on the road with Fred
    c) You tried to ask Fred questions during the test
    d) You tried to instruct Fred on proper driving techniques during the test
    5) You failed said road test
    6) You were unhappy with the proposed pay/work schedule
    7) You left orientation

    I realize I'm trying to use logic to understand an internet forum post but if you're going to 'exaggerate' your experience at least try and make things line up. Or learn to use written language more effectively.
