:Trailer:Yea I agree with you Doc. We as existing JBS drivers should get some type of bonus for what we do / put up with, day in and day out. Many of us drivers do what needs to be done to insure that the product in the trailer get to the reciever on time. As Darrin has pointed out on the messages he has sent, we have been doing well. They know in that office who are the good drivers and who are not. A little cash goes a long way.

    DocRox and hazmat777 Thank this.

Guess OTR is looking up but Green Bay needs some attention. I offered my expertise but guess it fell on deaf ears. I have an ok load which with some hard running today allows for a reset. 675 miles in 10 hours 45 mins isn't bad ;-)

Didn't really need the reset but if they would get their act together in Green Bay I could run all 70 out by Friday and have a great paycheck. I know they have the freight and I know some good people have been thrown into jobs maybe they were unprepared for, but hell, ask for some help from an experienced "professional" SUPERTRUCKER.

I won't lead you astray, I'll get you a promotion and won't even concern myself if you want to take full credit for how well of a fleet you'd be running.

Way it stands now is I'm going to have to re-apply to J.B.S. as a planner so I can make my move into upper management as quickly as I can so I can get things straightened out so I can quit so I can re-apply again as a Regional driver and make some real money.

Did you guys get all that lol....

But seriously, I'm considering applying for management position, asking if I can run freight to get me to work for 3 weeks then get me home for a few days then run freight to get me back to work.

I could be management who DOES actually STILL drive!

    hazmat777 and DocRox Thank this.
