There's a fellah in Radville Saskatchewan that sells used headache racks for $600 a piece usually. don't low ball yourself. You should definitely be in the $600-800 range for your rack depending on the condition and quality.

    Cheers

Any idea what an aerodynamic louver thing goes for (sorry I'm not quite sure what those things are called) it came off a 2007 Pete. We don't need it since we haul flatbed loads.

If you buy a headache rack at a truck stop your not the brightest crayon in the box. I bought a new rack with two chain racks, trays, enclosed cabinet in the center and a tarp tray on top for $1100 at a dealer in OKC.

Well, thanks for posting that. I had a deal to buy this rack and was on my way with the cash. Now the guy won't even respond. Wasted my time coming up north. So it will continue to sit in his yard and I will go on without a rack, which I need. ######.

Sorry, I didn't mean to interfere with your deal with this guy, but obviously he didn't know what he had and you did.

Maybe if you were to offer him $650 if it came with the storage box and $500 without it, he'd think that you were making him a honest offer and respond to you.

@ Gambi, $1600 is way over priced, then again so is most everything at Iowa 80.
I'm sure this could be had for about 1100-1200 new.

With the economy the way it is, I'm sure you'll find it harder to move it for $750 since its used.

He knew. Someone already pointed out that it was an $1800 rack in the classifieds thread. It's a lot more annoying that he's ignoring my pm's.

Sooo, anyone else have a rack that they actually want to sell?

I am looking at a custom headache rack at cost of material plus $300 for fabrication. Just my 2 pennies.
