Is it illegal to pee on the guy staring at my baby maker during said pee test? is it illegal to not shower anymore when i learn about the observed pee test i will have to take? is it ok if i have to poop a little bit before observed pee test? these might be childish questions but they treat us like children so i get to act like one too right?!

 

If not an accident or the person was not on fire at the time (And no water available) it would possibly be a battery.

I personally do not know of anyone who has had to give an observed specimen that did not deserve one, but I guess there may be a few who in their view did not deserve one. Either way it's not childish as established criteria has to be met. If one feels violated in the manner in which an observed sample was given there is recourse.

 

Hell, being observed during the pee test isn't bad at all. Just wait until 2015 when they implement the mandatory body cavity search!
