ahhh smaggs. Hang in for a few more weeks or months until Knight has you more exactly where they want you or in a worse place than now cuz you think thing are going to get better!!!

Ha! Nice! Like I was saying, I need to make sense of this and survive long enough to move on in the way that won't tarnish my work history or license. I was very angry when I posted before. Typing those posts and calling a few friends really took the edge off the main frustration. I want to come out of this stronger. If I give up, what kind of future will I have as a trucker? I'm learning that even when I'm correct, I need to keep my mouth shut, finish the job and keep going on to the next. I want to be a good asset so I can find better work more easily.
I'll just suffer through the rest of my first year. If I quit knight, I'll just end up with another job that sucks and be starting over. -

YOU DO KNOW THAT THEY ARE READING EVERY POST YOU PUT IN HERE RIGHT.

Of course not why would i subject myself to working for a company like knight?I've been on this forum as well as others for YEARS, My dad is a driver, i've been around trucking for a long time. Allot of my friends drive, and i have a few freinds that have been through knight. I know enough to stay away from them.
As well as i trust what Dave has posted about his Sentance with them, also If you know who TruckerTwoTimes is then you probably also know he Attempted to work for them too, and learned real quick how big of a mistake that was.....
In addition to that If you know who BigRigBros48 is you know that him and his brother went there to team then disapeared.....

Hence my previous angry postings. They show right where my head was at. I'm learning how to deal. This is a whole new experience for me. I want everyone who cares to read this thread to know everything I'm experiencing. Good, bad and otherwise.
Right now, I'm busy turning poop into a non stinky playdoh. I have to survive this. I bet it could be much worse.
There are happy knight drivers and miserable ones. So far, about half of the drivers I've met in person love knight and the rest not so much.
Anyway, I appreciate all the advice and angles everyone leaves on this thread.
I'm off to watch the latest sons of anarchy. I hope someone offs clay.tirednaz Thanks this. -
I think you'll do just fine. Burn out that year with them, get your schooling paid off, and move on with a carrier that can provide you with at least a penlight at the end of the tunnel of your future.
