Bad experience with PDI in Rochester NY

    long story short, could not pass DOT physical due to high blood pressure, decided to withdraw my application and loan to attend. I was never told that I would have to pay for the actual physical after withdrawing. I find this out a good month after withdrawing from the program through the loan company looking for 120 bucks that the school never returned....thanks PDI
