OH headed to Elizebeth NJ. Hoping to drop as we will be 29 hours early. Even with an unplanned stop in Springmo for lunch with old trainer. He trained my current trainer so it was cool for us to all get together.

Might be a good time to be at SPRIMO. If you want to be in the new reality show that is. Word is they may be taking some shots for the promos this weekend.
