Yeah, bus ride is spectacular (not). All jokes aside though academy is good. Long days and lots of information to digest.
To Playmaker - yeah we were told that but JD and Sal both have told me get them done before leaving. /shrug. So that's what I have done myself but then again I've had the time to do so. Hopefully monday I'll be on the trainer truck.

A recent grad just got the keys to their new VOLVO, so they are not for LTL. The grad is OTR truck load. I looked inside one of them, they are smaller than my CASCADIA but does come with refrigerator. Not a lot of shelf space. The bed is a lot smaller than the CASCADIA.

What kind of routes does FFE give you? And do you have to do Reefer or can you do dry van too?
-
so ive read this whole post and had decided that ffe would be a good fit for me was gonna apply for the academey
then i was reading another thread and thought that id like to try driving in the texas oil patch
checked out craigs list to get a sense of the employment possibilities around west texas saw an ad for tanker drivers in midland that said call to inquire about training for driving there
well i called to get more info and maybe start the sign up process, and wouldnt you know it was ffe
ill take that as a sign that this is what im supposed to do
my question is does anyone have any more info on the tanker divison
