lol if you knew me you'd know how funny that is.
after 2 ex-wives, 2 grown children who gave me grandchildren too soon, and managing a very large crybaby union workforce for over 15 years before the career change, nobody steps on my toes lol i don't allow it......nor get my feelings hurt.....I only speak the truth, and brutally and bluntly sometimes.....but it keeps toes from getting stepped on and feelings from getting hgurt
i'v'e never taken exception ton anything you've said and regardless, i'm a big boy i can take it lol
we're cool
and just to add to what i said in an earlier post......not only run out of hours at the shipper, but at a shipper with no parking who has already said i'm not parking here when loaded. this should be interesting

Ran into this situation on another board. The way the driver said she handled it and did so several times was to pull out of the gate and park on the side of the road with the 4 ways on until a local cop showed up. She explained it to him and had him direct her to drive to the nearest safe place to park and note this on the log with his badge number and name. problem solved. Most cops aren't ****oles if you are polite to them in the first place. If you go to a shipper with 1/2 left on your log and they are not going to load you right away then leave and come back. If your at the door for 6 hours and running out then call your company, drop the trailer in the door and go inside and tell the shipper your leaving. I did this at a Mclaines not long ago. They told me I couldn't leave the trailer there and I laughed and said "watch me" and bobtailed out the gate. -
An earlier post refered to a "southeast regional" division at Epes. Can someone tell me more about the regional oppurtunities at Epes?
