    Most companies list their qualifications regarding misdemeanors. What most won't list is that if is a drug charge you're pretty much guaranteed at it needing to be 10 years from the conviction date minimum even if they say no misdemeanors in last 5-7 years or whatever.

    Check out my blogs , but don't reveal anything that they cannot see. A proper background check requires fingerprints and that takes time and money. Something trucking companies don't have. It all depends on what State you reside in. Get copies of yoru DMV report and your Police report. That's all they will be able to see. Take it to the bank Brother! Don't tell on yourself if you don't have to. It's like the scales, everyone is afraid to drive around them, but it is not illegal. Prove it to me if I am wrong! Good luck Newbie!
