All I use is the little square Wilson, and have no trouble with it. Last week I was looking at the bigger one, but can't justify spending all that money when the one I have works.
I did get a new radio today for $44. My old is almost 5 years old and the buttons keep falling off.

You are right ... it works for both XM & Sirius radios. It is an excellant external antenna, mounts quickly and stands-up to all weather conditions.

I've had this antenna for 2 years now. It's been moved to 3 different trucks and works just fine. The only "problem" I've had was the little rubber boot that covers the connection of the cord to the antenna cracked. I don't know how long it was cracked but I replaced it anyway. The real nice thing about this antenna was the price, $0.00. I used my points on my Road King card.

I had one of the ones that looks like an old German potato masher hand grenade, and it snapped of at the base after less than a year, without ever even using it as a tree trimmer! So I went to one of the small flat square ones, but on a magnetic plate in front of another antenna, and have been very happy with it. And less wind load.

Nope. But then again it's bolted to my mirror real tight and my window is closed so that eliminates the wind noise.

I use an FM booster that connects into the back of the stereo. I haven't had to change the FM station I use for the sattelite receiver in 2 years, 88.1.
