Is Prime starting an entertainment division? The ad heard on XM that goes to the effect of "At Prime we feel that time spent away from home........etc etc " funny stuff I enjoy fiction

I was driving West on CA 58 just before Mojave when that Northridge quake hit back in 94. It was the WEIRDEST sensation. Instant pucker factor. Radio went dead, CB went wild. The ground is not supposed to move..lol! DTB..I don't blame ya for the "COLOR"..

Still here in Holbrook, AZ waiting on wrecker. Just got off the phone with Freightliner in Flag. They still haven't heard anything from Prime so they have'nt even sent Wrecker out yet. One would think they would have done this early am. Wondering if road assist always drops the ball like this?

You called in on Sunday...which would be why the ball got dropped, the weekend folks tend to be a little "special."

We called in on Saturday. Repowered the trailer on Sunday. Now it;s monday 10 am (mt time) 11 am (central) That gives them 4 hrs that they have had to make a call to the dealership and send the wrecker. I didn't expect anything to happen over the weekend and new that I would be sitting till Monday am. But we should already be heading over the mountain on a hook by now. They are dropping the ball. And can't blame it on the weekend crew. I'm still in training so I get paid either way. I just feel sorry for my trainer who is a lease operator and don't make diddly unless the wheels are turning.

rofl :biggrin_2559: Not laughing at you BigCheese, just DTB's "special" remark...not that this has anything to do with you calling, but saw on the weather channel that it's snowing up on the "Flag". That may put a damper on response time...

You do know that the weekend crew has difficulty communicating to the normal folks, right? Been there, done that. Has your trainer called his FM this morning? It might be 11am Central, but where is his FM based out of?

Not trying to sound rude young lady but this isn't my first rodeo. All the calls have been made on our end. I'm just calling it like it is. They have dropped the ball on this. My concern is does this happen all the time? Because it is very unexceptable.
