W9 too small! C'mon we had two people and a great dane in ours! :biggrin_25521: When we went from our W9 to the Volvo lemon80 we could fit everything from the W9 into one cabinet of the Volvo! We could actually put our shoes on in the truck!

A guy came through fontana the other day and let us get in his w9 and check it out inside and out and i am officially in love with that truck!! everything on it is big including even things like running lights!! only thing i dont like about it is the door doenst leave alot of space to get in and out but other than that it was roomy and im a huge fan

Well I was told today that Central doesn't hire out of MD. No biggie, I guess I have other avenues to try. Thanks. I still have Stevens, Prime, and others

So heres the short question, i am thinking changing carears, have been a carpenter for 20+ last few yrs have stunk.i have been looking into driving for over a year, read several threads on here looked at lots of companies sites.Im thinking Central looks to be solid as is Prime for starting out. I am looking for some insight from current students and drivers.

ATWOLF I can temporarily answer your question. When we ran for Central you could have a rider but during the summer months only and you had to pay for the insurance. There was also an age limit something like 10-12 years old. I'm sure a current driver could probably answer this more accurately but this is the gist of it.

Ruger, I friggin loved my W9! It was the best truck I had ever owned! Second to that truck was our International 9900. That was a beautiful truck too! By far though the W9 was our favorite. Took a little getting used to as far as space and where to put our stuff but we managed. One thing I really liked about that truck was the way it rode and the stability of it. Drove like a cadillac! I have heard that a lot of it was due to the length of the frame. It took a lot of bouncing and vibration out. Perfect truck for teaming because it rode so nice!
