I am working for a bulk carrier out of NC and things have really slowed down. My family insurance through the company is $240.00 a WEEK!! I'm looking for something with good benefits and reasonable insurance and I have never work for a big company. Its kinda of hard sorting through drivers opinions. I need advice and a good job!

If you want to continue hauling bulk. Schneider offers a fairly good rate of pay. Decent company IMO.

Insurance..... about 1/2 what you're currently paying. Still not good IMO.

    SHC Thanks this.

I think Wally world is hiring out of Pageland, Sc. Not to far from you is it?

    Might be worth a look.

Not bulk but maybe a decent job.

I'll second the Schneider nomination. Good company and fair pay.

The only difference in 99% of the companies is the color of the trucks.Small companies in my oppinion is the only way to go.Find a small company close to home so you will get home some..

I couldn't afford the insurance that was offered me at a smaller company. I just finally went outside the company and found a plan I could afford.
