FBI Seeks Identity of Two Men Seen Aboard Washington State Ferries

The FBI released photographs of two men Monday who have been seen on Washington state ferries "exhibiting unusual behavior" and asked the public for help identifying them.
The agency's Seattle field office, along with the Washington Joint Analytical Center, was seeking the men's identities and whereabouts after they were seen aboard local ferries on several occasions.
Meanwhile, bomb squad experts from the Washington state Patrol on Wednesday inspected a ferry docked in Seattle after a suspicious package was reported by a crew member. The ferry was delayed as officials investigated the parcel, which was found in an area where passengers ride.
"Over the last six to eight weeks, there has been an increase in some unusual activity reporting," Assistant Special Agent in Charge Dave Gomez in Seattle told the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. "What we are seeing are individuals engaging in behavior that citizens deem suspicious."
