I have been told that oil field usually slows around this time due to budgets,etc. Maybe not this go round though.

The wife and I are flirting with the idea of making a permanent move to Dallas but in the mean time we do maintain a small apartment in Dallas. We're actually gearing up to head that way for most of the remaining year.

i finished up orientation today. we are going to go over a few things in the morning like the blower and stuff on the trailer. then we will follow another driver for a couple a days to learn how it's done. i'm happy i found a company that uses sleeper trucks, that makes things a little easier. i will keep everybody posted. as i said earlier, there are LOT'S of driving jobs down here!

Well finally made the move from GA to TX. So now going out to put in the applications. I know from reading this thread that I should be able to get a job, but till then it's a bit stressfull. So lets see gets to hire me. LOL
