That is the million dollar question!! Some are getting VOLVOS some are getting CASCADIAs and some are still getting the old Centurys, who knows.

Nice, congratulation Play on the new gig. Hope it all goes well for you. -
FFE does have dry vans unless they phased them out in the last year which have American Eagle on them. I've hauled a good number of loads in those trailers mostly consisting of Trane AC units from the Trane factory over by Tyler, TX. I've pulled a couple of swinging meat reefers (Lisa) from the yard up to the meat plant in Cactus, TX. I've had a Lisa and American Eagle truck with FFE but never one with FFE on it. I've worked there twice hoping the second time around was better than the first sence all three companies were merging but to no vail still got treated like #### and it took an act of congress to get my pay out of them even though they continued to screw me out of money like toll's and weight ticket reimbursments I still have never been paid for. I held on to all load paper work up until a couple of months ago because it was a lost cause.
I'm sorry to anyone who gets trapped in that nightmare of BS. Just to mention on a note, it got so bad when I last left that half the shop personal took pay cuts and quit. I confronted them after walking to the bus station because I was so pissed that they called and asked me why I quit and I told them and they looked up my info and said that yes my miles were in fact low and they would do everything to get me more miles but I wasn't buying that BS other wise they would have done something about it before hand. Took over a month of trying to get my last paycheck and finally called and threatend them if they didn't pay me that I would be reporting them to the IRS, BBB and Labor board. I recieved my check 4 days after said threat and DAC was never touched with any bad comments so that should say alot right there.Drive-a-Mack Thanks this. -
A good handful of those Century's are only a year old. They bought a bunch of them that filled all the parking behind and beside the shop about a month or so before I quit. Didn't even have decals on them yet. -
Normally the way I've seen them assign trucks is newer to the experienced and older trucks to the less experianced but also depends on whats avalible. I worked there twice and never got a truck with over 80K miles on it. My first had 63K.lionheart0901 Thanks this.

FFE sold American Eagle to Celedon about 2 weeks ago. Let go 290 drivers and about 40% of office personal. As for trucks being handed out to the most experience drivers it's not that way here anymore. We have been seeing new grads getting brand new trucks before the experience drivers. Time are a changing here at FFE hopefully for the best. -
My class is on the 17th couldn't make it on for the one your in.
