!!LOOKING FOR 2 MATURE, EXPERIENCED OTR DRIVERS!! TEXAS, OKLAHOMA, ARKANSAS area!!!!!

Here is the scoop:

I am starting a 3-truck company with 3-4 weeks. I will lease my three trucks to CRST-Malone (tentatively). I hope to slowly expand, and eventually gain my own authority to bid oil field work. When this happens, i will switch my most senior drivers to site work/hourly compensation.

What i need:
A mature, experienced OTR driver looking to do some serious miles. My hope is that each of my drivers do at least 2500-3500 miles per week. I am looking to pay higher percentages than most because i want PROFESSIONALS! Drivers who will care for my trucks, maintain a professional and courteous attitude toward me and their fellow drivers.

WHAT I WILL PAY FOR WHAT I NEED:
-starting at 23-25 percent of truck's gross profit
-paid orientation (2-3 days in oklahoma city)
-paid travel to orientation
-sign on bonus
-workman's comp
-dental, health and vision insurance
-Quarterly raises
-Weekly bonuses for reaching a certain milage
- I am OKAY with pets and riding partners!

I am looking for drivers who want to stick with me and eventually earn close to 30 percent of their truck's gross profit!

I will treat all my driver's with complete respect and do my best to work with them in every aspect. I understand that a good driver makes a company, and a bad driver will break it.
