It's a safe place to make something to eat, unless some guy pulls in with his brakes of fire.

Better to stop at the top, grab a coffee, take a leak, and walk around the truck, than to be halfway down wishing you'd stopped at the top.
SierraSemiDriver, Rollover the Original and Elvenhome21 Thank this. -
Years ago someone caused a large gasoline spill at a service station.
As the service station people are getting all of their absorbant material outo place in the large puddle, a driver on the street discovers that his vehicle is on fire.
How lucky, he thinks, when he spots a service station only a block ahead, and heads for it.
The Salvation Army brought food to the firefighters battling the blaze.Last edited: Nov 13, 2011

Why did the boy climb the mountain? To see what was on the other side..... OK I'll be serous, I Stop at the top of a mt, to check the engine for one, because it just was under a lot of strain going up, and to make sure my Tires and brakes are good for my fast ride back down the other side.
