I forget the exact law...but if I use a fly swatter on you...you have to use a fly swatter on me too...cause a fly swatter, or me smacking you on your phany, isn't leathol...where as a bazooka is...

The young guy jogging allegedly 'smacked' golf course maintanance man on his phanny....

Maintanance man climbed into golf cart, and used excessive force to get 'even'...

The maintanance man was out of line...and should of just sucked it up...or used equal force, which would have meant trading one smack for another...

Here's my "force matrix"...You raise you're hand to me and I'll smash you, You hit me with a stick and I'll take your stick from you and beat you sensless with it, You pull a knife or gun and all bets are off....But I can assure you that you won't be pulling a knife or anything else on anyone ever again.

If you kill me first....You win!
You wanna play "high stakes" Be prepared for whatever happens.


I almost forgot to mention....I don't call the cops, EVER!

 

If someone pulls a knife on me...I scream or I run...



If someone sends me to the hospital...I sue...

I seriously doubt from what I've read from you that you'd be an imposing enough figure to ever be in the position of having someone pull any kind of weapon on you....
