1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

My father use to work there couple of years ago. still have a couple good friends running ltl and local for them. They are having problems with drivers flipping trucks and may not be able to recover.

I worked for western freightways I have to say it is one of the worst companies I have worked for in all the years I have been on the road.number one one is the unfriendly staff with stone faces every time you say anything to someone there they don't get you out until the middle of the night on a load that most of the time you are always overweight. And all of it is driver unload I always had complaints from shippers about the way they just crammed and threw the freight in the trailers.they tried to get me deliver downtown new York city have to say this is one of the most frustrating companies new century not much better away from this place at all cost they ripped me off big time on payroll.I gave them many chances to make things right and nothing got done.so happy I quit and found a great job I am at now..
