    hey just curious...i applied with this company not to long ago and they said they my record showed i had a criminal past in ny and va. the problem with this is i have never lived at either one of these places. the other problem is that either middle name was different or the birthdate was wrong and sometimes the race was wrong.when i talked to the recruiter about it he gave me attitude and never would tell what i needed to do to clear it up. my driving record is clean and so is my criminal history. i had another company run it and when they say the differences they said no problem. so why is prime doing this...i am a christian man just wanting to try and make a living for my family the best i can. can someone help me .....thanks and God Bless

    Call back and talk to a different recruiter. Tell him about the mix up and ask him or her to re check your background and make sure they are looking at the correct person. Be assertive, but nice. Travis Bacon might help, as he was a great recruiter for me.

    Or... you could start from scratch with another company. Companies are a dime a dozen and Prime is at the bottom of the list. Just read the posts here Why Prime anyway, they have the mandatory lease! No option.

    WRONG!!!!! there is no mandatory lease... a lease deal is an OPTION, no one EVER pushed me into a lease... & I originally signed on to be a company driver.

    If his recruiter isn't willing to point him in the right directions to get those things cleared up then he got a crappy recuiter... I know mine (Sylvia) would have been all over that like stink on you-know-what.
