Very true, every time I reply to a craigslist ad,all I get is spam mail.I reply to 100's to those C.L ads and only 1 company called.About 90% of those ads are scams.
-
I might be re-locating to Florida. I would also like to start a CDL career wherever I end up moving to. I noticed there were quite a few companies listed as potentially hiring in the tampa area. What are the chances a new driver could get one of those jobs?

After reading about 200 posts about werner, even some by you this is what has been said about Werner in a nutshell.
And with all that being said by YOU, you love the company why ? Garbage company, garbage pay, garbage trucks, foreign trainers, deliberate screwing of all drivers, holding up trafffic with trash motor, lies, lies and more lies, unsafe equipment, third eye in the sky Qualcomm keeping tract of how long it takes you to take a shower or ####e, smelly truck, out of alignment, bad breaks, no horn have to use the finger or yell, worn out tires, no inspection sticker, no fuel stickers, license plate out, fumes in the cab, air leaks and on top of that they fired you saying you didn't get the load there on time, honey you should be ashamed.

I'm moving down to Ft. Myers in a few weeks and was wondering what all of those companies are hiring for my area? Do any of them have regional routes or are they all OTR?
-
Your best bet to call them, last time I check most mega carriers were no hiring south of Tampa.I heard anything pass Tampa is bad.
-
conway will hire south of tampa and irf u do get on to a company u will not do a regional out of fl maybe try a reefer co been seeing shaffer ads on c.l
-
check morgan southern as well i always forget about them
-
I wouldn't call Morgan Southern if you value your CSA Score
Morgan Southern Safestat
If your an experienced driver, I'd check with Heartland. They have a FL regional where your home very weekend, if there are slots open.
Heartland Express Safestat
That is what the Safestat score should look like if you're an experienced driver looking for a new company.mgt1085 Thanks this. -
thats why i forgot about them i tend to forget bad companies
fortycalglock Thanks this.
