    Mine (TND 710) has a problem that after reading seems to be a common one-the speaker.

    2 months old and it's shot.

    Wouldn't be a bad thing to work around, but the external speaker jack is out of service. Won't produce sound to any external device whatsoever.

    In spite of the issues, still wouldn't run with anything else.

    Do me a favor. Connect the 710 (on) to the computer. Close the Dock.

    Open up an E-mail to me and click on attachment. Once the window pops up, look for the external drive that has a Navi, RM, NaviMaps, and NaviVoices on it. Double click on the Navi folder. Then double click on the Logs folder. Attach your logs (they are txt files) and send to me please.

    I was a big fan of rand gps when i bought 710 few months back. I have to change it now. even after exchanging it three times the gps sucks. customer service sucks. the customer servise manager is rude and unprofessional. this is exactly 710 is:

    TND 700 is telling me there is no legal route for any address I'm putting in, just to be sure I put in an address its routed me to in the past and same thing, says no legal route. This just started tonight. Any idea? I did a power cycle and reset neither worked.
