Harley, your on fleet 20 correct. David D.? If so get use to him forgetting, had him as a fm, did a lot of sitting, short runs, repowers, Pallet runs, (Eaton, Co to Grand Island, Ne.) had a few conversations with him about this, just didnt seem to care. This is just my experience with him, others may have a different view.

    RickyDo,
I have had David since the day I started here back in August last year, and just like I have always said Not everyone will fit with the DM luckily we have a few.
But since coming back in may and having run 94k miles in 7 months a 13,400 mile per month average. It makes me wonder if maybe more people should try my way??? It ain't easy but you do the math the money is there. I have my bad weeks and I sit like everyone else, that is apparent by the last 10 days I was on the road before home time, I did 3 resets in 7 days. But I still pulled off 3565 paid miles in that period, I made it home on time.
Nothing is perfect and when a FM has 65 drivers (the largest fleet in the company, and he is also responsible for all the Recoveries of trucks drivers abandon it is one man, I am not making excuses for him) And HarleyMan actually has more miles in one week with David than he had in 2 weeks with Kim.
So I ask this question "Show me the money" or Show me the Phone?
    I will take the money.
not having pre plans is not due to a lack of trying on the Part of the FM's right now it is the Load planners so if anyone has an issue with the Fact they do not have a pre plan I suggest going to the company website and using the Driver Hotline, Bombard this thing with all the times you sit. Everytime you sit Send in the complaint.

The Louder we are about this, and the more we voice it through this tool the more likely we can get results.
The Collective group of drivers has to work as a team to suffice change...

Oh and there is a hint to what I am working on for those who have asked.
A collective group of united drivers working for one common goal, More Miles, More Money for detention, And A Home time Guarantee.

In the near future I am going to post more details and it will allow drivers to either choose to be a part of the solution and reap the benefits, or to allow themselves to be unhappy and broke.
I am working out some minor details and trying to convince someone (hint hint) that he should be the communication point between the drivers and the office (hint Hint).
