Since march ive been running a daycab dedicated out of owens corning in kearny, nj. Now that winter is here and things are slowing down, im going back to linehaul till late febuary or early march. Only two dedicated drivers are kept, based on seniority. Im #3. Hopefully i can stay in the northeast, get all the nyc loads and get home every weekend. Supposed to get my old fm back, which is good cause she is good at her job. Ill try to keep everyone updated on it.
Back to linehaul for the winter.

Hey dirtyjerz, we're heading up your way with a load from Kansas. Is it really that bad??? LOL -

Where ya going up here? The city itself can be fun but its not bad. It like any other city. Just take your time, swing wide for the turns and if you see a low clearence, stop. Idk what ya got but most 379's the stacks are 12'6". Most clearence signs up there are wrong but dont take any chances. Also, stay off the #### parkways. Some are as low as 7'.
And fastcat, that always makes it extra special. -
I hope your kidding!?!?!
My pickup truck is 10' 2" lol
