Hello everyone. This is my first post to the forum here, please bear w/me.I would like all the good or bad info I can get about Transcolines out of Arkansas(TLI).I'm thinking about joining their company as a company driver. Please keep in mind, but don't ridicule me,please, that i've finished a second horrible contract w/CR England.I'm to the point that I'm almost sure that being a company driver anywhere would be better than a lease operator w/England.I've tried to select a smaller company hoping for a better experience.I f anyone would like to share their experience with TLI,i would really appreciate it.It's good to know all you can about a company before you jump in.I learned the hard way,to learn all i can from the drivers there, and not what the company can tell me.Any feedback would be great???

the only thing i'v been able to find on here about them is about a gentleman that got hurt while on the job and they ended up letting him go.around the end of his story,he stated he wished he was still working there.i think your right about it being posted in bad companies, but if after your fired, you still wish you were working there, kind of gives me the message that they might not be bad to work for,as long as you stay healthy at least.
