USX drivers...how's your day??

Good to hear that a few bad apple FM were canned. Been thinking about
applying to USX, but I have had to deal with a few health issues, nothing major since I graduated from Trucking school. I was wondering if some of you can give me a few hints of what to expect at the USX orientation if I get to it. Especially any of the psychical tests. ( I have osteoarthritis in my hip), and figure I would fail any squat-walk tests.

You would have to do a duck walk. I think it would be a problem

So u can actually fail the physical in they'll send u home?

 

Yes you can fail it and they send a fair amount of people home from every orientation class.

 

which power inverter should I buy like whats a good usx approved one?

 

Matt - I had them install a Power Drive inverter. The 1500 watt one. Last I knew of Pilot had them for 140.00 out the door price on sale.

SheepDog uses the same kind too.

It is approved by USX and the shop will install it for free. You do not need to buy cables for it either.
