The CB has many legitimate uses warning other drivers of obstructions, road debris, accidents, construction back ups.........

Reminding someone to do their #### job isn't one of them. Peoplle that spend all that oxygen on making sure everyone knows they are scared of a bear, or just worrying away what a weigh station is doing expend way more effort than doing their job right in the first #### place.

They make it real simple you just match the scratches on the little white signs to the scratches on the little dial in front of your face and no worries about what that bear is doing. And no I feel no responsibility to assist anyone in violating the law.

Drivers this is why the industry is going to ****.... Not a lot of the good drivers on the road. If a driver can't let another driver know about something that is worth while then stay off the da** radio. They aren't for your pleasure..

    I won't waste my time.

OBEY THE RULES OR PAY THE PRICE!!!

If you can't afford to do the job right, or don't want to, then stay off the road!!!

I knew that would come out... EX-17 YEARS? Really???? Your no longer on the road. Can I help You?????
All I am saying is if you can talk about other bull crap then how hard is it to warn the next guy??? Awful funny that you want to be told if there is an accident down the road so you can get off and bypass but you can't do the same and let a guy know if there is a smokey???? Your one of those drivers....

i agree. the problem is that most of the drivers today are stuck rolling around in 62mph super trucks and they cant go fast enough to get a ticket (other than on surface streets) so they figure everyone is in the same boat.

that can be a problem for others who have a horse that will run, like mine. granted, as a driver, you are responsible or your own actions behind the wheel, but the radio is virtually useless.

i have been saying for months that we all need to get our cell phone numbers put on the sides of our trucks in large dayglow lettering so we can just text each other. i bet you would get far more responses than you do on the radio.

    pathetic.

your in luck... local city kitty? Just call the station and ask about attending a safety course... usually 3 hrs or so at night... they charge what the ticket would be... then make it go bye bye... not on record... county or city gets the $$$(and they stick their middle up at the state...LOL) good luck

Seriously? This would make the ticket void from the start... A ticketing state in the USA cannot do this, as it violates due process of the law. Was it Canada?

I would sign... ask for a copy of the ticket coding and call my lawyer after the cop leaves... (her name is Sue) :biggrin_25525:
