Southpoint, I think they pay low but trucks are sharp!! I have talked to them and even stopped when I was in the area but never went the whole way through. Sorry I don't have more for ya!!

thanks jlind thats what i was thinking they start at 35cpm which is not what i was making but still not rock bottom right now i need a job its between these people and pullen brothers haven found out what pullen brothers pays yet

.35 must have been a raise there then... when I called them it was .32/.06 was per diem according to my old notes, some would say that makes it more like .34/.35 so can't really say for sure. I think they were governed 65 too???

yeah i know a guy that works there i seen him at store while back he said they pay him 35 cpm i used to make 42cpm but now beggers can be choosey lol but hes been there a year with no raise kind of sucks to be honest

If I could have brought truck home I might have looked further too but I'm over 2 hrs from their yard and that's a little too much in my mind when you're coming in tired or to have to leave out on a tight trip or something similar. I really picked a lousy area to move to be honest for trucking, I had a great gig with a manufacturer delivering only our own stuff but when the economy tanked so did their bottom line... Such is life...

i tell you what this year has been my tuffest year ever being looking for a job for 6 months now put in all kind of apps no one is calling have one seat belt ticket in 10 years have 17 years experience i wonder what there looking at on my app not to call

yeah my company shut down in march been with them 7 years down the drain they had 300 trucks and 500 trailers never would have thought they would have went under been in busineess for 25 years
