We started with 47 people, I think it was. By the end of the week we were down by 50%, at this point I am sure it is alot less. I have heard that some have dropped because they could not handle the stress of the road, and being away from home. My trainers have told me that they average about 1 in 4 that actually make it through the TNT training.

Sounds about right.... Even fewer will make it one year. It can ne a high stress life. But you'll make memories out here you'll never forget. Some of the things you see out here are amazing.

Today was too long. Up at 4 am and on the road to SpringMo by 4:45 am. The weather did not cooperate - all the way here. Occasional Torrential downpours from Mobile, AL to Jackson, MS, then rain all the way into Springfield. When I left home it was 68 degrees and when I arrived in Springfield it was 34 degrees. I finally arrived around 6:30 pm. 753 miles portal to portal.

Rather than unpacking my truck and packing up again in the morning to drive over to the Campus Inn, I decided to just stay in toto at the Campus Inn. I'll be here until I get thrown out of class or until I get a trainer. :biggrin_255:

Surprisingly, my room isn't bad. Two double beds, two sinks, TV, free WiFi, and all kinds of places to eat within walking distance. When you check in they give you a cheat sheet of food joints that deliver to the Campus Inn, such as Pizza Hut, Dominos, Ruby Tuesday, etc. It's not the Hilton but better than any budget place I have ever stayed at. The room is clean, carpet looks good and the bathroom is clean and efficient. What more can you ask for?

Anyway, I'll be up for sometime and I can be found in Room #105

Oh yeah, near by restaurants within walking distance:

    Applebee's
    Buckingham's BBQ
    Cracker Barrel
    Steak-N-Shake
    Shoney's

There's also A Walmart and KMart within a block of the Campus Inn.

LOL, he can't pull the rig into Campus. Sent your info to him, he might call in the AM, but he's headed to the Sandman, I think.

My bus ride put us behind about 10 hours due to a bus hitting a bear. LOL...... Hope you don't have any more mishaps and you get to springmo with plenty of time to get some rest. Oh one more thing welcome aboard, hope all goes well during orientation.
