If they do not produce the regs by the court ordered date...........can somebody PLEASE put them out of service until they are in compliance? It would only seem fair.

Officer, I could not make it to my destination in time, I think my hours should be extended........and then I woke up.

The FMCSA should be put Out of Service for failing to meet the court's deadline.
"FMCSA said it was leaning toward cutting driving hours back to 10 from 11 and modifying the 34-hour reset provision by requiring that it include two rest periods of at least six hours and mandating that they fall between midnight and 6 a.m."
Are they trying to completely destroy the trucking industry? Some of us are night owls and like sleeping in the daytime. These pencil-pushing geeks are so out of touch with our industry.volvodriver01 Thanks this. -
