Spat, I was told not to show up until thursday since I have my license, but what about taking my DOT Phys? I have a new card from November, but I would think they would still want to check me out. I tried contacting the recruiter all day but no luck.

 

U take the dot physical Thursday at the school. And maybe u would get some miles down if u would drive instead of post here spat.

Tigger is right, ya get a new physical and med card. A little advice.... dont let it be well known you have a cdl in class. Act like its all new to you and learn with the group. Dont be ####y, lay low and listen. If you know your stuff, prove it dont say it.

 

FYI folks, I watched not only new cascadias still rolling in but also brand new Volvos. And also saw(and was suprised by this) prostar daycabs. When I left the yard they were up to Volvo #40. Just remember that terminals and truck stops breed rumors faster then a flu outbreak. If u "hear" that we are getting something, ESPECIALLY a different make of truck, beleave it when u see one roll through the gates at the yard.

 

Well passed my driving test with a 90!! Had a truck with a stiff clutch so I missed a double down and took a curve in 7th at an idle. Just hope dps is just as easy.
